Returns

Good Movies will accept any unopened and undamaged product for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the purchase date. The receipt is required to qualify for the refund. Shipping and Handling will not be refunded. If the product is returned opened or the shrink rap removed, Good Movies will return the product with no refund.

Please package the unopened DVD case in a box with the receipt.

Replacement Plan

Buying a DVD from Good Movies entitles you to receive a free edited backup of your DVD. These edited movies are written on DVD recordable media. We offer a Life Time replacement plan on the recordable media which covers all damage to the edited DVD that renders it unplayable. Compatibility with DVD players or damage to the original DVD is not covered in the warranty.

Using the Replacement Plan is easy! No return authorization is required. Please send back the following items packaged in a cardboard box:

• The Original DVD Case
• The original DVD movie placed inside the case
• The damaged edited DVD placed inside the case
• The receipt
• A $6.99 check for return shipping and handling placed inside the case

Please make checks payable to Good Movies. Remember the receipt must be included for any replacement.

Please allow one to two weeks for your edited movie replacement to be processed and delivered.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped by the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.). It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a shipping address deliverable by the U.S.P.S.

We ship anywhere in the U.S. with many options available:

• Express (1-2 Business Days) - $23.00 for the first movie, $5.00 for each additional movie. [Rush processing is included in the price. All orders made before 12:00pm MDT will be shipped same day. All orders made after 12:00pm MDT may be shipped next day. Please call us toll free at 1-877-347-4888 for confirmation]
• First Class/Priority (2-5 Business Days) - $3.99 for the first movie, $2.50 for each additional movie. [Since orders take only 1-2 business days to process, most customers receive their orders in less than a week]
• Media Mail (4-15 Business Days) - $3.99 for the first movie, $1.50 for each additional movie. [Since orders take only 1-2 business days to process, most customers receive their orders in less than two weeks]

• U.S.P.S. International to Canada (8-16 Business Days) - $3.99 for the first movie, $2.50 for each additional movie. [Since orders take only 1-2 business days to process, most customers receive their orders in two weeks]

• U.S.P.S. International to New Zealand (10-15 Business Days) - $15.00 for the first movie, $4.00 for each additional movie. [Since orders take only 1-2 business days to process, most customers receive their orders in two weeks]
